This is how we work at devolon
Idea Often when we meet a customer for the first time, he has an idea of what kind of digital service he needs. As a result of a more detailed discussion, the preconception often changes. For example: it is not always necessary to make a digital service; sometimes there is no need for one thing but another. The failure of a competitor’s project does not mean that it would not be worth trying. When we discuss with the customer, we will always begin by thinking about what really is needed. Is it more sales? Or to reward loyal customers? Or remodelling the business logic of the whole market? Or is it needed to identify a passing customer? Another question is what are the customer’s existing resources? Does he have his own digital team in need of additional expertise? Or are we taking over the entire production - from idea to implementation and maintenance?
Team up Once you have an idea of what and in what time you want to make and how to proceed, it’s time to team up. From our crew of digital professionals, the necessary factors are always found, whether it is a mobile participant, a graphic designer, a frontend or a backend coder, or an information system expert.
The functionality Based on our experience, the best quality digital price-quality service is generated by end-customer guidance, with Devolon offering a fairly competitive price at the right amount of professional resources. The functionality and the whole of the service that can be produced can be specified during the project without the complex manipulation process. The complete definition of a digital service or mobile subscription in advance is virtually impossible in today’s world - and not economically sensible.
Timeframe In a digital venture the most important thing is to define precisely what is to be achieved. All the digital services are frustrated versions of what everything could or should be done. Most of these things can and should be done later. At first, the minimum requirements (MVP) must be decided upon, and the service can be published.
After the launch After launching the service, it may be good to leave a small resource to keep up to date with updates, fixes, and further development. When using the service, customers are constantly minded about development needs, heard by end-users, and moreover, digital services work in a changing environment where updates need to be made. This is best done if the customer has a resource that is responsible for maintaining his or her service. The resource can be agreed on the number of hours per month, one person or more people team - we have a lot of experience of these options.
