Eurofins
Eurofins is an international testing group with various services, including comprehensive expert, certification, testing, and inspection services. The acquisition and the challenges it presented in coordinating IT systems forced the company to think about new solutions. To solve these issues, they requested development resources outside their organization.
After long research, the much-needed C# developer was found at Devolon. Ali jumped into the team, that already included Eurofins' in-house development. The common working language was English. Developing a customized system is not one of the simplest tasks. However, Ali's well-established communication and business understanding ensured smooth cooperation.
The cooperation aimed to create processes for developing and documenting Eurofins production management tools. Over a few months, Ali and Eurofins' system architect built a development process based on agile operating methods and a supporting documentation model.
